The client engages the attorney and firm for legal services. The firm then retains Juvor.ai, Inc. in writing as its technical agent, using a Kovel letter that brings Juvor.ai inside the attorney client relationship the way accountants and translators have long been retained. In house counsel may co supervise the deployment.

Juvor.ai classifies each request. It delivers previously approved guidance for routine questions, refuses business decisions, and sends novel or sensitive issues to the supervising attorney or redirects the conversation to non-legal AI.
